This policy explains what personal data is processed when you use the website cakequotekit.app (the "Site"), the free cake pricing calculator, the email result service, the Cake Quote Kit digital product, and our Pinterest presence. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the Site.

We use the following providers to run the Site. Each processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement, or acts as an independent controller where indicated.
Some providers are located outside the European Economic Area. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, the UK adequacy decision, or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
The Site works without cookies. The only cookies that may be set are those from the Google Ads tag used for advertising measurement. Vercel Web Analytics does not set cookies. MailerLite may set cookies only if you open a hosted form or email link on its domain. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
We publish pins about cake pricing and Cake Quote Kit on Pinterest. To do this we use a Pinterest developer application that connects to the Pinterest API on behalf of our own Pinterest business account only.

The Site and our Pinterest content are intended for adults running or planning a baking business. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
The Site is served over HTTPS. Calculator inputs stay in your browser unless you explicitly request an email result. Email addresses and results are transmitted directly to MailerLite and are not logged or stored on our servers. API credentials for third‑party services are stored as protected environment variables and never in public files.
We may update this policy when the Site or our services change. The current version is always published at cakequotekit.app/privacy.html with the date of the last update at the top.
Cake Quote Kit is a digital product for pricing cakes. It does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice.
